Interoception Awareness Workshop
By Elizabeth Sautter

Overview
Join Dr. Kelly Mahler and Elizabeth Sautter for a 90-minute live workshop designed to help parents, educators, and professionals better understand interoception—the sense that helps us notice and interpret internal body signals. You’ll explore how interoception affects emotional and sensory regulation, especially in neurodivergent individuals. The session offers practical, neurodiversity-affirming tools to support self-awareness and co-regulation in everyday life.
